Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Performance Marketer ("we", "us") for the use of the Knock mobile app. By using the app, you agree to them.

The app

Knock is an app for sending good-luck knocks, recording short voice messages, and keeping a personal timeline of encouragement. Most content is stored locally on your device; if you link with another user, knocks you send (including optional voice clips) pass through our server so they can be delivered, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

Anything you create in the app belongs to you. Content you keep local stays on your device and we cannot access, restore, or recover it. Content you send to a linked friend is held on our server only as long as needed to deliver it. If you delete the app or use Delete My Data, your local content is permanently gone; email us to have server-side data removed.

Acceptable use

Use the app only as intended and in compliance with applicable law. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.

Backups

The app does not back up your timeline or history to any server — delivery of knocks between linked friends is transient, not a backup. You are responsible for your device backups (for example, your standard phone backup).

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. If a future version adds materially different features (such as paid features), we will update these terms and their effective date first. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
